Wednesday 6:00pm - 6.45pm
Circuit Josh/Yvette/Shane A mix of weights and cardio for a great whole body workout.
Wednesday 1.15pm - 2.00pm
Gentle gentle Yvette  A low intensity class for the beginner.
Friday 11:45am - 12:30pm
Pilates Damien A great way to improve core strength and flexibility.
