Watch out, here come the Winter wobbles!

Every year most of us head into hibernation during the colder months and initiate the growth of our waistlines. It’s not only a very unhealthy practice but it leaves us feeling and looking less than ideal.
When Winter hits, 40 Plus Health Clubs usually gets inundated with requests for Winter Weight Loss Tips but this year they have decided to go one better and create an easy to complete 12 week Winter Weight Loss Challenge.
Instead of waiting until the ‘clothing layer removal fear’ of Spring hits us, we can all be a bit more proactive about our health and when Spring is sprung, whip off our jackets with pride!

Based on the Australian Governments ‘How do you measure up?’ program, 40 Plus Health Clubs will start their 12 Week Winter Weight Loss Challenge on Tuesday 1st June.

For only $22 p/week, you will receive health checks, a personalized program and access to all equipment, group personal training sessions, weekly tips, motivation, education and results!
